I disappear for months at a time on here but never fail to always come back with more topics and stuff to write about and talk about. Some activity is better than no activity at all. I say just do things at your own pace, loyal readers will always follow up and continue to enjoy your posts.

Am also a part-time engager but I love these forum ever time I need a break I come here,don't leave if every part time engager left no one would be left.
