How many hours per night can you sleep?

Naps don't count into the final math, haha! The correct number of hours should be 8 hours (according to scientific studies), but who really sleeps so many hours in a just one single night? Would you be the lucky one?

6 hours is my longest during weekdays. Last night I had 8 hours of sleep. Re-energized! Recharged!

@TheInvisibleMan I start out to bed at times trying to get at least 9 hours sleep but it takes me a long time to fall asleep and then I may be in a deep sleep and then have to get up to go to the bathroom or some other reason. I could not tell you how many hours I do sleep.

Well last night I only got 5 hours of sleep. I can get 8 hours on a good night. I have insomnia so I don't get enough sleep.
