Weight lose update

So I've been trying to lose weight for the past year and for the past three months I've been on a stand still. Recently I suffered a Achilles tendon injury and haven't been able to use my leg. Well I am happy to report even though it hurt I cried and thought I would die. I did it. I got off my butt and exercised. I lost four pounds. A pound a week may not be something to you but to me it's amazing.

I am surprised how you can do it with your injured leg, I hope you can continue and wish you a speedy recovery.

@candycanedec yes, it is. I am also planning to lose 6kgs this month. Lets hope for the best.

Lol I find that a problem for me as well. I just watch what I eat and drink a lot of water and cut out the pop.
