@Shortail every person has their own way of releasing stress. Find you way and just let go of stress. If it doesn't help, use sleeping meds.

@Whiteflash yes indeed, but my stressed actually right now, is because of losing in online trading. lol, tomorrow I hope the markett will bounce back, It's 2:30 am here, and my work start at 8 am, and still cant sleep because of that, haha

I realize if you think a lot of things, it can somehow affect your sleep. Sometimes, if you have problems, if you have an upcoming activities and you are quite excited, or if you are broken hearted haha, that could also contribute to the factors why we cannot fall asleep. Avoid also drinking coffee or sodas because they contain caffeine which can increase ones' alertness and prevents you from falling asleep. Consider your lifestyle, what you eat and drink, they might be the cause of your unable to fall asleep. Do some exercises and reading can also help you.

I hope you can somehow fall asleep. Reading before bed makes me sleepy.

Maybe you have a lot going on inside you. Like plans or something that you want to do.
For how long is this going on?
