My friends are arriving tomorrow at around 10 AM. Surely they will have an early breakfast at the airport. But I don´t know what they will want to do upon coming to my house. Maybe they will want to rest and maybe they will want to talk.
Just in case, I will make some humus with crackers to serve either with coffee or tea or with a beer or wine.
But before I do anything, I´ll take a nap. Unfortunately, I cannot turn on the TV. I don´t have one. But I will turn on a little the electric blanket and sleep

What I do know is that they are fleeing from family problems they had in Miami. Of course, my house is open for all the time they need. They have been very good froends during most of my life.

Honestly I did not know what humus was so I had to search, the humus I know is soil and I thought you were going to make fertilizer

@louievill The important ingredients are chick peas and sesame paste (tahini). The last one smells very similar to peanut butter. And although I have not done it with it, if you have that it can be changed.

My brother put it up and we discovered that the screen was broken. It cannot be repaired so I have to buy a new one. But that is unthinkable for the moment.

I too like to have hummus. It tastes really good, In our home we have with Kubuz and chicken fry.Its really a very good combination. We make it on weekends and enjoy having it. It goes well with everything. I sometimes have only hummus. My sister and cousins also love to have hummus with kubuz (Arabic bread) and chicken fry.......
