Every month of a leap year has 29 days because in a leap year there are 12.5517241 months of 29 day = 12 months of 29 days and 1 month of 16 days!

If you are watching my response then listen to me carefully, every month in a leap year has 29 days. What do you think? April doesn't have 29 days or may hasn't.
