Back from the gym

This evening was quite beautiful weather for fall. We have a bit of an extension to wear flops a bit longer. It was sunny on the way and dark on the way back. We had an almost-full class of yogis today to have a fulfilling and great workout. On the way back home, I've spotted a smoldering cigarette near the side of the sidewalk. It kept smoking. Someone must've dropped it and didn't extinguish the butt out. So I stomped on it a few times to kick it in the butt and to stopped it from smoking more. People should stomp on it after they finish smoking and not leaving it hanging there near the side of the road.
Here's what new poses we did in our regular routine with the sun salutations:
1 Scales Pose
1 Crow Pose
2 Intense Side Stretches (1x/side)
2 Full Body Side Twists (1x/side)
2 Half Moon Poses (1x/side)
2 Boat Poses
2 Bridge Poses
1 Cobbler's Pose
1 Legs Up the Wall Pose
That's about it!
