What does words "Miss You" really are?

I never realized what word Miss You really were until I reached for my MOTHER's hand,and it wasn't there...
I miss u so much mom, i wish you were here.may ur soul rest in peace mom.i really miss you.
Let me what does this word mean to you?? Have you ever missed someone??

@Sundas123 yes I have. every single hour I miss that person, though it's a bit unfair cause I know that person isn't missing me at all...
