Yes my language also gets developed after interacting in mylot community. I can easily talk and understand the native speaker words.

Take a course.
Watch English movie. But listen their voice don't read subtle.
English news papers.
Talk to yourself in English day to day.

just make a conversation here, talk to other people here, studying sometimes will give you a lot of confusion, because they will only translating the word to English, so, before you speak now you need to translate the words in to your mind, much better the actual conversation with the native English speaker, English actually is not my native language too, so is up to them if they are able to understand me. let us just give them some headache to understand us. lol..
