TWD is my favorite show of all time!!! And yes, I watched the premier on Sunday night! It's about time our heroes get this war started with Negan! From my understanding, this entire season is going to be about the all out war with the Saviors! Last season was kind of a let-down (although I still enjoyed it), so it's great to see the show pick up with the action right from the get-go this season. I'm very curious as to what the flash-forwards of Rick in his old age mean? Any thoughts?

@stayathomemom29 I have no clue what those flash forwards could mean. One thing that worries me though is that maybe he is fantasizing about a long and happy life he will never realize. I wonder if he gets seriously injured (or even morbidly injured) in the war with Negan? In the flash forward, he is limping badly and walking with a cane. Up to this point, he hasn't suffered a leg injury that results in a limp and need for a cane.

I think it's a fantasy of his end... that maybe he's ending in that moment where he's flashing forward. Just thinking of what could be but there's no chance...??? I don't know. you?

I thought TWD premiere was on the weak side and only the last 10 minutes were exciting. Too much Rick fantasies and giving speeches.

Well, I read that the whole season is going to bring the show back to life. I think that there is something more to the "Rick fantasies"... like, possibly.... he's still in a coma?

@stayathomemom29 There has been speculation from the beginning that this whole thing is just a weird dream Rick has been having while laying in a coma in the hospital. It sure will be interesting to see what those flash-forwards of him in his old age mean!
