Weather is changing here in Delhi.

Weather here in Delhi is changing . Winters are coming but we all are not prepared as my both kids are suffering from cold and cough from last 3-4 days. We have started taking bath from warm water, stopped A.C. and fan, started wearing full sleeves clothes.
Days have become short. It becomes dark from 5:30 pm. I feel how weak we are whenever start changing we all gets ill. Better to take precautions than to take medicines afterwards.
What do you do when weather changes?

Its also changing in the Philippines, we have a colder night and it is just we wanted to have, a low temp night to have a good sleeping.

In our country, there's a change in weather but no winter. Just summer and rainy seasons. Take care!
