"A time to sleep and a time to wake up" This line is somewhat confusing, but it isn't. It is related to people who are still wakeful at late of time to sleep like "1:00 AM" and those who are sleeping and started dreaming it's very early for them to wake up. However, better to be at bed right now closing my eyes until I'll fall asleep.

I always have trouble keeping a regular sleep schedule. I like when I get up early in the morning, but it doesn't seem natural for me to do that.

Yes, it doesn't seem natural for all of us experiencing insomnia and waking up early in the morning.

@kareneantolo I use to have to get up at 2am as I worked very early in the morning and had to drive an hour to work.

@ramapo17 - Oh, goodness! How did you feel at the end of the day? Were you able to stay awake for a while, or did you go right to bed? When I worked third shift (11pm-7am), I frequently went to bed as soon as I got home, which seemed wrong to me

Goodnight and have a sweet dream. Do you recall most of your dreams?

All I remembered is I had a broken tooth. And I don't know if there's a meaning of it.

I go to bed between 1-2 am. If I have to get up early I can still do so without an alarm clock. I never needed someone to wake me up or a clock.

It's up to your body, whether you like to sleep or not, no particular time, the more you like to sleep the more your body want to refuse it. goodnight.
