Back from the gym

Well, it was real chilly tonight, even with no gloves on to keep my hands warm. I've used my old yoga bag I got for two Christmases ago and haven't used it in a year, since I got my new yoga mat with a strap. It does feel like we have an early winter over here.
Our class was small. And we had one of our usual substitute yoga instructors to teach the class. No Nate and Sara, but I did see Amanda. Here's a list f new poses we did tonight:
6 Arm-Leg Poses (3x/side)
2 Half Moon Poses (2x/side)
2 Camel Poses
6 Star Poses
2 Elephant Trunk Poses (1x/side)
2 Fallen Angel Poses (1x/side)
2 Seated Watering Lotus Poses (1x/side)
4 Crescent Poses (2x/side)
I believe that's about it.

Glad you enjoy the class. Sounds like you need the heat from this area. I need a cool down soon, as over 100 isn't easy to get anything done.

Thanks Fishmomma. Yes I do It's still a bit crisp over here, though slightly warming up with rain. Yikes.
