I supposed to photo these special children who did trick or treat in the city hall but I was afraid I would exposed them and exposing children is not good.
The children are all students/recipents of STAC because of their condition: deaf, cannot talk, ADHD and other kinds of their condition.
There were 19 of them and they are wearing halloween make-up or having mask and dress. And they are all so gorgeous. They are with their parents or guardians. The went to every offices and agencies of the hall and played trick or treat.

That is very thoughtful of you. That is so great that they could all do that! I remember when I was still in middle school and grade school and I would help the special education kids celebrate halloween and such. it is awesome

This must have been fun getting a chance to interact with these kids. It gives you a chance to see into someone else's eyes and lives for a change and usually appreciate more of what God has blessed you with.

I think that's wonderful. I have a soft spot for students with special needs.
