Yesterday, I visited a friend and he makes his own wine and he gave me a bottle. I rarely drink. How do you view alcohol? Do you enjoy it? Do you avoid it? Has it been a problem for you? Do you have a favorite?

I have over 21 yrs Sobriety, and I never hide the fact due to that, and being a Christian I choose not to drink anymore. Have no desire too, so unless it is someone New in mine and my husbands life trying to get to know us, I would have to say I do not drink, and if it was someone who knew us a little bit, especially someone we consider close friends or family, it might be a little insulting.

Good for you! Do you think that a Christian should not drink at all or it is a matter of personal choice?
