Salads aren't the only answer, especially if you add too many fattening things like croutons and high calorie dressings. Cut back on sweets and fats, add protein, and move more.

When I was a kid I really hate vegetables. I always eat meat. But after high school I started to eat one by one. Because we need nutrients from vegetables. I even started eating bitter melon to prevent diabetes. It's really bitter and what I did when I first started to eat it is I mixed it with mayonnaise or ketchup. hahaha But I still don't eat broccoli and tomatoes.

Find some vegetable you do like. Cooked or raw and try to eat more veggies.

There are some smoothies as well. I know a youtuber who suggest diets and its called “versatilevicki” but not sure. The results are amazing though.

Try fruits and water. You can actually eat whatever you want but dont eat to much everytime you have your meal. Like try to eat four times a day but lesser. Your metabolism will adapt then.
