I love watching the TV show ancient aliens. I've also been a fanatic in researching old world cultures.
One thing it seems they all have a story about gods or visitors from another world.
So much technology and skills have been lost to us over the thousands of years we have been humans shaping our environment.
Is it really that far fetched that there could be other life forms on other planets? That they may have even visited us?

I known Ancient aliens, they claim most Gods in different religions are aliens. I wont say I believe it but I wont be shock if it's true. Just look at the Hindu Gods, they have multiple arms and blue skin.

My thoughts! Its really hard to say one way or another since we can't go back in time. However, there are so many unexplained structures that people claim or point to, as supporting interstellar travel.
What's the point to giant man made glyphs only visable from the sky made thousands of years ago?

@Daelii Another thing, many structures build with not yet existent technology.

@CaptAlbertWhisker that or just forgotten technology.
I feel strongly the more we "progress" the more we lose. How many people can still navigate across the oceans with just Tue stars and what they know in their head?
Math? Most need a calculator for common problems of basic addition and subtraction.
Building? Who knows really whatbwe have lost. It seems the ability to harness solar power has been around for a longbtike but money was in it to limit to the coal production we know.

@just4him Why not? Everything living with a conscious is likely to have questions about where we came from, the importance of life, etc. The more we become aware of other forms of life as having something more than just being an object, the more we might realize how little we really do know about the world around us.

So true! They have found so many planets in other solar systems that are in the life zone. Some even show promise of having water and other things we had on this planet in the start. Plus who knows, what if life can find another way to thrive? why are we the standard?

I feel like their could be life in other solar systems. It always fascinated me as a youngster to hear that Mars or Venus had atmosphere's that could have supported life at one time?

Me too! There are just so many questionable places! I'd love to win the lotto just to be able to go around visiting ancient places!

Is it really that far fetched that there could be other life forms on other planets? ----It's ridiculous to think there aren't many many life forms out there.
That they may have even visited us? ----A lot of people disagree but I think we're swimming in evidence that they have been here and some are still here.

I think it far fetched when I hear someone say there aren't other life forms. Where those others reside is likely to be everywhere and anywhere, including right here in our own backyard.

I don't necessarily attend church anymore, but I do believe in God. If the universe is so vast and stretches on into infinity, I cannot fathom that we would be the only living beings in all of creation.

i truly believe in aliens i even had my own encounters with them, one time i was laying on the grass on my grandmas backyard and i saw two lights that were bright and zigzaging each other when i came and told my aunt she told me it was only fireflies but i didn't believe her because the lights were so bright not even a firefly could imitate.
