I went to bed earlier but I couldn't sleep. I just have too much running through my head. It is funny how one minute you are so tired you can't keep your eyes opened but yet as soon as you climb into bed your mind starts going nonstop. It happens to me all the time. So I guess I will mylot for awhile until I get tired enough to sleep.

@Happy2BeMe Guess I need to grow with the times! LOL! I just got the laptop not long ago and have just started really using it. I was a desktop girl only for years!

Oh how I can relate with this one, as it happens to me all the time as well. I need to get off here now so I can be ready to get up for church in the morning, and just hope I feel better. Been dealing with a little bit of a migraine again

I don't dare to get out of bed and turn on the computer or look at the phone if I wake up in the night. There would be no sleep for me if I did.
Instead, I lay there and try to get the voices in my head to quiet down. I relax and let my mind drift off to a sandy beach where I have my toes in the warm sand.

@Happy2BeMe oh I have some nights when I just can't relax. Too many things going on in my head. Have you ever tried meditating? In the class my husband and I have to take they suggest going on You Tube and finding a guided meditation video. They say it helps. I have yet to try it.

I'm more likely to fall asleep within minutes and awaken around 3 AM. Then the brain kicks into gear and sleep becomes elusive.

I know it is not good when this happens.
When I need to solve a problem on Monday and I still have to wait all the weekend, this happens to me as well. But I know what you feel. Even without any problem to solve, we feel tired, go to bed and "bam", sleep is gone!
