Preparing dinner

For dinner this evening I am making stuffed cabbage rolls. I have the cabbage boiling now and then I will prepare the stuffin for the inside. They take a good part of the day to make but well worth it because it is one of our favorite meals. I usually make a big roaster full so that I can freeze some and enjoy them another time. So anybody else have plans for their Sunday dinner? Do you ever make cabbage rolls?

I have never made them before since we have a house full of picky eaters. I hope you enjoy your dinner! =)

Thank you. My kids use to like them when they were younger but I do know how fussy kids can be.

My husband enjoys cabbage rolls. I usually make a big batch of them every couple of years, and he will enjoy a meal out of them and then lots of reheated meals.
We're having a turkey thigh roast for supper. I wrapped it in bacon and cooked it in the slow cooker, it smells delicious.

I just ate plate of food that my husband brought me from the covered dish dinner from church. Your cabbage sounds yummy. What do you stuff it with?

They are stuffed with rice,hamburger, onion and tomato sauce.

Just sapghetti for me. I think I may have made them a time or two. I am more inclined to make stuffed peppers though.

I love that stuffed cabbage rolls. Looks so yummy! 
I don`t make cabbage rolls but I make fried cabbage and just add in some meatful things with it Dinner I prepared was simple fried chicken with yellow carrots and broccolli mixed with rice curry
