Yes, it happened to me sometimes. It's really frightening. When I got nightmares I know that it's because of my mind which is restless.

Your nightmares may be from being too anxious during the day, or from the foods that you choose to eat before bedtime. As insecurities have a way of manifesting themselves in our dreams. It is your subconscious warning you that one or more of your daily habits need to be altered or completely changed. The food may be placing to much stress on the bodies ability break down sugars or spices in the stomach. Try and relieve both, your body and mind of as much stress as you can before you go to bed. Although, different people form vastly different habits in order to put themselves to sleep. Some adapt to the buffering of the blades of a fan, television or radio on, and if your mind runs a million miles a mint then talk yourself to sleep.

I do not see any nightmares. It is all embedded in our sub conscious mind and what we keep thinking during day time.

Before few years I also have nightmares.... But now not...
