@responsiveme we slice it with a knife, scoop out the content into a bowl, then mix it with tomatoes. i just don't like how the color of the shell stains your hands.

@resukill22 Just salted egg as an appetiser. These days there are a lot of delicacies using salted eggs. I have tried Prawn Salted Eggs and it's very delicious. I think one order of that costs over a thousand pesos. There's also salted egg moon cake which I had last Moon festival. And then we also have the fried potato in salted egg! They're all very delicious!
