Hello fellow myLotters, I attended a Career Development talk, and the trainor asked us to define what is Success for us. My colleague said for her its a checklist like buy a car ?buy a house? And so and so forth.
When it was my turn, i just simply said i want my son to finish college and for him have a good life also i want to be able to afford the therapies of my Autism son. I believe because it has something to do with my age, i am in my early forties so practically i am finished being confused of my career. Though i really do not like a sales role but this where i am now.
How about you? What is Success for you?

Self-contentment. When I'm no longer making goals in life and just enjoying peace and happiness, that means I have succeeded.
