is western civilisation in danger from islamic terrorism ?

islamic terrorism in these days kills more western people and in a very peculiar manner. in place of suicide attack, now lone wolf attack is coming. so is not it a good idea to put the muslim in the 2nd or 3rd class citizen category if not deport them forever ?
