Is this site similar to swagbucks?

I'm new here so i don't know much about this site i did read FAQ but i'm still confuse. And i have read a blog about this site, stating it is similar to swagbucks. Is it true?

I cannot see how anyone could say that myLot is similar to Swagbucks! You have either been misled by someone who seriously knows nothing about myLot or you have misunderstood what he or she was saying. myLot is a discussion site. You discuss topics here (almost anything, but make sure that you read the Community Guidelines so that you know what is NOT allowed) and, as a bonus, earn a small amount whenever someone interacts with what you post in some way. Swagbucks is not for everyone. I wanted to try it but it doesn't allow people outside US.

I am a member of both and I think mylot is much better than swagbucks,swagbuck is Ok.What's your opinion?
