Why exactly mylot pays you for interaction?

Now before y'all jump in and tell me to read FAQ let me tell you that I have read all of them. But it just doesn't make any since. Why would any site pays there users for interacting with other users. I don't know but i just don't get it.

You get paid for the responds on your discussions and your activity.
