I know I'm not a licensed fitness trainer and all but I have been in a fitness field for 4 years I'm still in school (19) and I'm still learning but I know enough that can help you if you just put your all in and work hard with dedication. You don't need to join any gym for this. Just read it to end and you will lose that stubborn belly fat of yours.
Abs are made in kitchen not at gym so we'll start with your diet
1.) Eat food which is rich in soluble fiber
2.) Avoid food that contains trans fat such as junk food, vegetable oil food ( you don't have to completely skip it you can eat it every once in a while)
3.) Drink plenty of water as water keeps your metabolism good which convert your food into energy and you start losing fat
4.) And most important of all is, reduce CARB's from your diet as carbs consists of 80 percent of all fat you have on your belly.
These are the stuff you need to follow. Now I have made a meal plan which if you can follow if you want.
1 meal before breakfast -- ( whole grain cereal or oats with an apple)
2 meal breakfast --- ( 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg , protein drink and a banana)
3 meal lunch --- ( 150 gram chicken breasts and a medium sizs bowl of salad with avacodo)
4 meal before dinner --- ( strawberries and 6 egg whites)
5 meal dinner --- ( fish/tuna , a medium bowl of salad)
Now this meal plan is prepared for those who's working out at gym or hitting cardio regularly. So if your gonna follow anything from this discussion please do some cardio with it. As changing what you it will gives you results but doing some exercise with it will give you even more results
( this me all plan is for both male and female)
So don't forget to it eat right and hit cardio for at least 30 min 4 times a week.
