Back from the gym

It really did feel winter outside this fall evening, even with my gloves and spring jacket on. I wish I kept my sweatshirt on and brought my winter jacket. Oh well. It sure did got dark this evening too. We had a couple of newbies in an average-sized class as well to warm up with yoga. And Amanda had seated me a spot, since I always did the same for her before class. They might or might not be class in two weeks, dependig if my instructor has found someone to fill in for her to substitute. So I'll know next week if it might be canceled or not. And a month from there, we'll have a sub to take over class. This secondary sub I don't like so much, so I might skip class that night and attend my Nano Thank God It's Over (TGIO) party that night instead. Here's what new poses we learned in our regular routine for class tonight: 4 Kneeling Lunges (2x/side) 6 Backwards Side Planks (3x/side) and Side Planks (3x/side) 4 Airplane Poses 2 Backwards Tables and Planks 4 Knee-Arm Leg Poses (2x/side) 1 Scales Pose and 1 Firelog Pose 2 Half Moon Poses (1x/side) 2 Happy Baby Poses and 1 Legs Up the Wall Pose I think that's about it. Since it feels like winter, and my winter break starts in a little over a month, (depending on the mild winter weather temperatures we're having), I'm going to resume my home practice classes next week for both yoga and Pilates with my Sworkit app.

Pretty good. So far so good. I'm at 8 K right now, just by doing 2K/2 hours a day.

It's nice to hear that you are so dedicated to yoga. I am the same way with either walking or bike riding everyday. Doing the exercise everyday is the only way I get results. It has been two months and I can finally see my legs are getting tones and looked some much better. What results do you see with your yoga?

Hey Amy, long time no hear my friend. I pretty much am. Nice! With yoga, I have no lower back pain or stiffness. I do feel relaxed and a bit tired, ready for bed.

It's not too bad. Most of the poses are different than the one I've started my home practice with online. I'll be downloaded that app this weekend.
