A very wicked crime in my opinion

I had talk radio on yesterday and usually at the beginning of the hour and every half hour, the Atlanta Georgia news will give updates about the traffic, weather and local surrounding news.
They mentioned a crime that really upset me. A poor grieving widow was begging the burglar who broke into her apartment to please return the Urn that contained her late husband's ashes! She said she had just lost her husband last month and that she was grieving, but this theft had sent her into a lot more grieving.
What is wrong with some people? Why in the world would someone want to steal a dead person's ashes?
I don't get it. It is evil!

@LeaPea2417 Around here they break into cars .. ours got hit one time..luckily hubby had only 20 bucks in there. It could have been worse. Now he is smart finally and keeps it locked.

@LeaPea2417 He does now, if he would have listened before he would still have the 20 bucks. He finally figured out I was right .. as normal!

@LeaPea2417 If they are damaged enough, they really don't. that part of the brain just doesn't exist anymore for most.

I can understand her grieving. the first burglars I had this year stole all of the little things I had from my husband, including my gold band wedding ring. I bet they did not get much out of them.
