How to remove a pimple on your cheek

I woke up and noticed that I had a red pimple on my cheek. He hurts and I can not stand him. How can I delete it?

Try applying a hot facecloth to it, as hot as you can bear (not boiling water, of course!). Do this several times a day until the pimple bursts. Then apply antiseptic cream to stop any further infection.

That works. I little toothpaste on it helps too :)
