Yoga has its origin in India.It has been around since 200 B.C.For a long time Yoga practitioners have experienced betterment in emotional well-being and increase in concentration and memorisation. It also betters one’s mood with improved blood flow and oxygen consumption.It helps one stay mentally and physically fit.....But how many of us really practise it?.... 'Health is Wealth'......Lets treasure our health and start from today......Its never too late.....

Yeah.....Its been around for a very long time.Since the Vedic Age(200 B.C to 300 B.C).

@rey123 Yes it helps in keeping our muscles flexible . But I feel that one should also do other exercise like walking and remain active .

wow yoga is quite old many people in our country do yoga too, there is even an aerial one. I have only tried it by watching youtube vids

Haha....."Old is Gold".It is old and traditional but very effective....Good luck with your yoga......Trust me you'll benefit alot if you do the asanas just right.....

Yoga is very good for our mind and body. It makes us relax. If we do yoga daily there will be a glow on our skin also. You lose weight also and become fit. I have also learned yoga from an instructor. I really feel relaxed when I do yoga.

Yeah.It is very relaxing and beneficial for the health.Certain yoga postures helps in increasing the concentration power of the brain too.......How long have you been doing yoga?

When we have a jam packed schedule,we somehow make the time to use mylot,facebook and whatsapp.....but we never have the time to indulge in activities like Yoga,Prayer etc.......LOL.....
