Anyone ever have a 3 year old knock a few teeth loose? I am going to be in a mental institution soon. lol 3 weeks ago my 3 year old knocked a baby tooth loose so we took him to the dentist, they said to bring him back later for a xray.. like the end of Nov. And it seemed to be getting better , like firming up and then today he knocked it loose again along with another one that is next to it. :( He will be toothless before he starts kindergarten!

If it's a baby tooth, don't worry too much about it. He will be toothless when he gets to kindergarten anyway because those baby teeth fall out. Take him for an Xray just to be sure there is no damage otherwise, but don't let the dentist scare you into anything. As long as there's no other damage, his teeth will be fine.

I knocked out quite a few when I was 4. Some stayed in but I was missing 4 front ones on top and a couple on the bottom until I was 7 or so.

@daphers1981 I blame my brother. He tied a rope to my trike and took off on his bike. My trike followed around the corner. I went straight and landed on my mouth. Great fun until the landing. Dentist pushed teeth in and some stayed. Sometime later I stood too close to the wooden baby swings in the park. Bam! The teeth didn't do as well the second time. Can't blame my brother for that.
