A $0.15 raise.

My job did evaluations this month where they provided us with feedback on our job performance. I met expectations in every category except one. I exceeded expectations in warmth, which means that I am caring, genuine in my interactions with customers, and always try to make sure they have a good experience. $0.15 may not be much, but I have only been with the company for 6 months and they generally only give raises after a year. A couple of months ago I was acknowledged with a certificate and a $25 gift card to Olive Garden. I hope to at least get a $0.25 raise when I reach the year mark, but we will see.

It is pretty decent and they give employees a good discount on the meals.

Yeah, I like it there most of the time but there have been tons of changes in lower management since I started that annoy me on occasion

It seems so. I rarely get any complaints from management and usually it's because I'm a little slower than my much younger coworkers lol
