Capital one is cool...

Some time ago, I vented my anger against Capital one credit card. I had paid off my balance and got it down to zero. While traveling to Florida, I stopped by to get gas and put the charge to my Capital one card. When I got my statement, they had added a 24 dollar interest charge! More than a Hundred percent charge! Angered by my misfortune, I chatted online with a rep but to no avail---the charge would remain. I vented my anger writing on MyLot about the situation. One of you guys suggested I call them by phone so I did just that. Thank God for MyLot, the rep was gracious to take the interest away. Now, I can say Capital one is cool, thanks to you guys at Mylot.

Prayer and persistence. The first time, I chatted online and had no success. The second time, I called the company, had a nice and friendly rep to withdraw the charge and got it removed. Sometimes, you got to be persistent.
