how i can change my interest in mylot

It think that many people may find your question puzzling because many have joined since the old version of myLot was put to rest. The 'Interests' and 'Categories' features were abolished with the new myLot interface which was introduced in May 2013 (a little after the last time you were here, according to your profile) and both functions were replaced by the 'Tags' feature. Your 'interests' are now defined by the tags you have used in your discussions (and if you haven't used any tags, it may depend somewhat on the discussions you've responded to) and it is that which decides what you see in the "Interesting Discussions" menu. So the answer is that you can't change or edit your 'interests'. All you can do is to post discussions about what you are interested in and add appropriate tags (up to five, separated by commas). You should then see other discussions with the same tags in the "Interesting Discussions" menu and also people with similar interests should see your discussions there.

your profile shows you joined 6 years ago. what do you mean by change your interest? we don't have categories anymore. members either go through the most recent discussions, or top-rated, or the people they follow and followers.

Go with the flow. If you read enough discussions you will eventually become interested in something new. If you run out of ideas for a time, then look for other forms of entertainment or fulfillment. Read a book, take in a movie. Visit with friends. Take a trip. Try out something new in your life so you can then write about your new experience. It's all up to you. You get out of things as much as you put into them. KARMA is all about this.
