WHY IS IT SO HARD TO GET A JOB AT A COFFEE SHOP

I am trying to get a job at a coffee shop you may have heard of Dutch Brothers and it is very hard and its not easy to get a job at a coffee shop but i am trying my best to get hired and i am very good with customers and very friendly and respectful and courteous to everyone. I think it also has to do with being humble and just basically doing your job correctly. But if you guyz got any tips or suggestions let me know and i would gladly appreciate it and i couldnt thank you less!

Sam, being out of sight is out of mind, so if you've applied for a job at a coffee shop, whether it be Dutch Brothers or any other coffee shop, and you haven't heard back from those with the power to hire you, call them on the phone or show up in person. Tell them that you have filled out an application and that you gave it to them recently and ask them if they're still looking to fill the position. Just because they haven't called you doesn't mean that they aren't interested in hiring you.
