Health and fitness are closely inter -related to each other ,necessary for human being to live a happy life. But problem in health and fitness is that ,people find busy life and do not care about their health which increase their stress level.This result in even laziness during free time and bring more problems.what do you think about health and fitness problem in today 's busy life? How can we find solution?

Health is wealth, then we have to be fit. I am lazy for nothing and keep myself busy. As an internetholic mostly I am online even when I am out. But I keep myself fit and healthy by Yoga, Exercise and nutritious diet.

Good absolutely right say .i am not also lazy . i do daily yoga in morning and daily morning walk morning and evening. i am careful for health. but today many people few not careful like call center working they are routine work system imbalance. health.

Lets have a short walk, I do 2-3 km short walk daily in Morning and Evening.

Well, I totally agree with you on your viewpoint that health and fitness are inter-related and in today's lifestyle its really hard to make time for some workout which eventually results in ill health but I highly recommend practising some yoga for 10-15 minutes once at any time of the day. It reduces our stress level, helps us in thinking more clearly and also heals us not only mentally but also physically.

Yes your are right say. yoga is best fitness for health is wealth . i do yoga daily in early morning yoga is a benefits for health. but today lifestyle and increase raising more problem disease . so people should carefully health and fitness and diet, i think that yoga is best fitness . it is useful exercise. people should self care.for health.

A good will power and positive spirit is needed to do exercise regularly, avoid junk foods,take proper sleep. Erratic lifestyle gets addicted to us and thus high level of motivation is needed. Need to start at-least with a brisk walk daily.

It is necessary. not for you. i am telling for all. today busy life we must health caring.please try get free time.it is health better for you. not necessary go to park if you have not time. at home we can do. exercise . at home we can get free time. i do daily yoga in morning. before not do yoga. my weight over. i have get free time . now daily . i have do take care not other.

We have to find time to take care of our health in this busy world. Health is more important than anything else. If there is health only you can work. What comes may, our first priority should be our health. Rest all things are secondary. We have also a good proverb in English "Health is Wealth". Your wealth is your health. If you have health only you can make wealth. Otherwise, it is impossible.
