I previously was talking about how my grandmother was found and I sent her a letter. I got the response today. She wished to never hear from me again and wants that part of her life to be over and needs no reminders in her life. I can't help but hurt for her and wonder what painful memories did this bring up

It does but in blessed to have a great grandmother a d had a great mother while she was alive.

True but how much pain did she have to been in to get this. I feel like she's trying to forget something
