I Have Discovered a New Band!

As a music-obsessed freak, I am always on the lookout for new (to me) bands. About an hour ago, thanks to Facebook, I discovered Hamsas Xiii, a goth duo (Robyn Bright, and Richard Witherspoon, from the Ohio goth band The Wake.)
There's not much info on the group, but they more than likely are fairly new: their debut album was released in 2015.
You know how you might like a band after you hear them, while others blow your mind upon first listen? Hamsas Xiii had that effect with me. This is some great goth, but don't take my word for it. Check out the link and see what I am saying. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!

They remind me of Denver band The Siren Project. If I were a girl and could sing, this is what I would like to sound like.

Discovering new things especially the ones we are really into is really exhilarating.

It really is. Especially when it comes to music. For me, anyway.

@teamfreak16 I have an addiction, it's planner collection though. So when I discover something new, I am the same way as you.

It's like when I discovered Over the Rhine. Bought it unheard because I liked the album cover.

@FayeHazel - I saw Evanescence about ten or so years ago. They were good.

Just copy the You Tube link and then paste it into the body of your discussion. When you post the discussion, it will link to your You Tube video, and also show up as a sort of photo on the"new discussion" type pages.

That is some neat goth and love how it gets you from the start.

And it's totally different than what Richard does in The Wake. I really like this.

Not to bad at all! I like this type of music. I can see this in a movie, down in a club, the basement . Dark with a few lights slowly playing across the room but they are never still, each booth of people in their own trip of whatever they delight in.

Other than maybe the booths, you just pretty much described a goth club!
