What can't money buy?

Many people often say that money can buy everything and everyone (only the price of "things" changes from situation to situation).
For me, to think that way is a complete childishness because money doesn't have all that power.
What do you think about this? Money is what motivates you?

My first thoughts were health and happiness, but sadly it seems like even in those things money is sometimes a big factor.

That's true. But there are a lot of people nowadays who have a price tag already.

In a society which has no place for morals and ethics certainly, the money will have an upper hand always.

Money can get you a lot in our society but not everything. Like money cannot buy wisdom or empathy.
