I took this pic because I love those red flowers. They're called Ixora. When I was a kid, they were everywhere. Do you have plants your house?

These are very pretty. I think we have these in Australia but it's a bit hard to tell.

Pretty flowers... I've never heard of the name, but it's probably just me who's really bad with flower or plant names...

The plant has glossy leathery leaves that are oval shaped and stiff. The plant is similar in appearance to and related to the gardenia. Blooms are clusters of four petaled florets which can last four to six weeks on the stem. Flowers are most prolific in summer but can also appear at other times of the year.
