If you think that stress is the culprit, then the solution is to find a way to wind down and calm yourself. There are different ways that you might want to try, like drinking a glass of warm milk or hot green tea, having a warm shower or bath, not eating too much or not working out at least four hours before bedtime. If all else fails you can try my tried and tested solution: get the most boring academic textbook that you have and start reading it. If you can exercise at least 30 minutes a night you will feel tired then go to sleep. I hope that helps.

I've been working out before bed, while doing something really relaxing like watching a tv documentary about cultures or something interesting. Its been working.
Mostly getting into a good sleep schedule, so I am in bed at 10 and up 6:30 am. Its been off lately with my kids and I being sick!
