what do you do to stay fit

I try to do 100 sit-ups in one day.
I also do 30 minute treadmill, but I haven't been doing that for a while now.
I also do some exercises with my dumbbells and a few leg curls.
It's hard to stay fit because my metabolism is a bit slower.
I'm thinking of joining a gym but their membership fees are so expensive so I just workout at home.

they certenly are exspesive i prefer to work out at home and go on walks its much cheaper

I go to gym and do work out from last three years.. I do workout in gym for 5 days and for 2 days I go for jogging and tracking. And I love doing all this ...

I GO TO A GYM ...AND I REALLY FEEL THIS IS THE BEST WAY BECAUSE.U CAN EXCERCISE EVEY PART OF U'R BODY

running and lil bit of excercise now and then :D i do eat as much as i want to...i never watch what i eat :D and im really happy with my body :))

I'm unfit. So, I can't do all them. Since, I can't do them, I'm unfit. It's totally interdependent.
