Guess what I have been up to? My friends have been here for more than a week now and we've been spending every single day and night with them just chatting, having dinner outside, and....aerobics! Yes, it was my first time to go to an aerobic class last night and I had a blast! There were only four young people there and the rest were women in their 60s, including the instructor! Now I just want to go back to dancing again. I realised I have missed it so much!

Dancing is such good therapy, for depression, better health, weight issues, muscle toning, and mental sharpness, also.

Dancing is very good aerobics is also good, Zomba is not at all good for aged woman, my cousin ruined her knees.

@LadyDuck Last Friday I went on a business trip and I was invited to a Zumba class. I just observed because I didn't bring any exercise clothes with me. It looked fun.

I haven't done aerobics for many years now. Zumba is quite big here but I've never tried that. Glad you had fun!

dancing is a good exercise to tone up muscles and sweat. oh, if only i can dance, but i am just a folk dancer. hehehe!

The women in their 60s who were there weren't good dancers. IN fact the instructor wasn't too. Her body is very stiff.

Oh yes I had a lot of fun. When my mother was still alive we used to practice ballroom dancing a lot. We were invited to a lot of events where we had to dance the waltz, tango, cha-cha.

@toniganzon I couldn't dance but aerobics was fine most of the time. (Can't do much with my old bones these days or I would collapse into a heap a few seconds after a few jumps or wigglings! )

My friend who's a professional dancer told us belly dancing is ideal for those who have fast in their belly's which we don't.
