So, since I had some freebies I had a chance over the past few days to sample both Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts Latte's. I have to say of the two, I much prefer Dunkin's as they have some real cocoa taste, and it still tastes like coffee. Starbucks I have had twice over the past few days and both drinks although smooth and tasty tasted like hot, sweet milk. There was not much flavor to them. Dunkin also is cheaper by about 50 cents. Some of the convenience stores make great lattes for half the price of either of those..and McDonalds latte's and mocha's are not bad either. I think I am going to go with Dunkin though as my fave. Do you have a favorite place for latte's? Do you ever make your own?

I've never made my own but I don't exactly have one favorite place I go to get latte either. Sometimes I notice that the ones they make at the smaller local shops taste better than the big names like Starbucks or Coffee Bean.

Is this coffee in a bag or a latte you would buy at the shop?

I'll never qualify as a coffee snob. I don't like Starbucks and it's way too expensive. I actually like the convenience store flavored coffees as I can design my own to suit me.

Yes, I like the ones where they make it in the store though..as the bigger convenience stores have coffee bars.

I have had McDonald's latte and Tim Horton's latte. Both of them are pretty good, but I prefer to be able to taste the coffee, instead of an overly-sweet, milky taste.

Yeah, I agree I want to taste the coffee and whatever flavoring is in it. Starbucks is too weak anymore. Mcdonald's does have some good coffee beverages. I have been to Tim Horton's but I haven't had a latte there.

@snowy22315 Lattes at Tim Horton's vary, depending upon who makes it.

I sometimes make my own lattes, and yeah mcDonalds are pretty good, I normally have their frapps which are so good. I never really had dunkin's and I am a trashy Starbucks lover haha I know there are wayyy better places for drinks, but Starbucks is literally just a mile away haha!
