Swimming after jogging.

I wanted to lose some weight so i just have an idea of jogging for an hr and do some stretching before and after then i will go for a swim like after 15mins. I will swim for an hr.

As @LightMan says build up to it in small stages. It's a very good idea though.

I just want to maximize what we have here we have jogging trail and swimming pool here.

I just feel so motivated. Buy if i think i cant i will just jog for an hr and swim the following day.

@Friendlypink I do some yoga in the morning,then run for 15 minutes.But I don't know how to swim.

@Shivram59 oh my very interesting i will search for it and try if i can do it. You think it will help me lose weight. I am 5'2 in height and 145lbs. Meaning i am over weight.

@Friendlypink I do five asanas - padhastasana,dhanurasana,halasana, matsyasana and chakrasana.It takes me about 20 minutes to do all this.

That regimen exercise is for Iron Man competitions. I go for walking. Jogging is strenuous. I like swimming on occasion. To show the shocking figure. Oh, I didn't mean to take this losing weight lightly. To lose weight, walk 15000 steps a day. To maintain weight, walk 10000 steps a day.
