Website Trouble...

I messed up my new blog by trying to upload my new copywriting website. I got most of it figured out now, but still can't download them to WP. Ipages is having difficulties today. I can set them up, but lousy at designing them. I have someone who says he can design each one for $15. But being currently laid off I don't have the extra money for this. Not making enough from my copywriting yet for extras. Just enough to get all my bills paid. But of course, I'm just starting out. Anyone else having trouble with their websites?
