What of us who do want to add some fat what do we do?

Good morning mylotters. Sunny Friday here just enjoying my day waiting for the weekend to begin. Diet, slimming food and pills, going to the gymn to lose weight what of us who want to add weight where do we go or what do we do to grow fat. I am not thin but slim. My height is 5'7 and my weight is 69kg but I would have liked to add some fat I wouldn't mind adding a little weight or growing a little fat. While my colleagues are busy looking for ways to reduce, I on the other hand am looking for a way to add weight. I have tried eating all the food that can add to no avail. I wish there was a gymn for adding weight which I think will never be or has never been. Hey what do I do to add weight has anyone ever wanted to grow fatter than they are or am I the only one.

This is also my problem, to gain some weight because I want some flesh in my bones.

sometimes i wonder why some eat so little and yet add too much weight while i eat a lot and never gain that much

I am 5'7" and weighing 67 kgs. This I am maintaining since the year 1999. There is no change in my body weight. Even before checking up the weight I can say my weight exactly whether it is 67 or not. If I want to add any weight I just take Bananas. It will do everything. Very eaSY.

Do banana add your weight when you eat them. I also range between 65 and 68 and do not go above that but would have likes to reach around 72kg.

i just maintain my wait, sadly... but maybe you can eat more protein just don't be gluttonous though, that'll be unhealthy

i have tried but the much i can add is 1or 2kg only then it goes down again.

Take more carbs...Actually it may be the metabolism rate...Good for you...Gorge on those sweets

I will try my best on that but am rather scared of sweets because of my teeth.
