It is according to the law in the country that every government institution and building should have lactating station and diaper changing area. This is to provide better place for lactating employees and costumers for more privacy room with their little babies. Awhile ago I cover the ribbon cutting and inauguration of breastfeeding room of Social Security System in my city. According to my interview, this is the first lactating and diaper changing station of the said agency in the country. It was a model room for mothers and their babies.

That is going to help many mothers. I like how it's nicely decorated and the tips on the wall.

This is good cause when a mother is working she tends not to worry so much about the kid. I only know of a few places that have such areas for their employees in our country. It is such a good idea.

It is a republic act in the Philippines and its nice being implemented in the local government city halls and establishments.
