How to get rid of Google captcha ?

Hi In the past two days, I was not able to log in to many online accounts as the google captcha is showing a message as "Your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now. For more details visit our help page". But while visitng the help page the captcha is working fine. But not able to get the captcha in the log in page. How to get rid of the issue?Any suggestion?
