eGold?

I have a question for anyone who works with eGold. Can someone explain to me how eGold works? Someone likes to pay me with eGold, but I normally work with Paypal because that's easy to work with.
If someone pays me with eGold, can I transfer it to a Dutch bankaccount than? I really can't find it on their site (maybe I'm not reading it well...)
Have to walk with my dog now. Hope to see some explanations. Thanks in advance!!!

One of the problems with e-gold is that you have to use a site that will exchange it for you.
These sites are listed on the e-gold site, but you will end up paying a commission, and there is usually a minimum amount that you can exchange. This is the main reason that I do not like e-gold.
